| And then he walked along the edge of the Circle
This is the place where we will post your stories about the Green's Playhouse, The Glasgow Apollo and Satelitte City (The Wee Apollo). As it develops we will break the stories up into sections such as Myths, Gigs I missed, Meeting the Bands, Where are they now etc. No story too trivial and we will only edit out bad language!
New Forum structure on Apollomemories soon.

| Ah yes, I think this concert in 1975 was my first at the Apollo (I was 15) this
concert was after the Utopia album (over 1 hour of music on a single vinyl LP), so
lots of synths, guitars and less of Todds earlier, kinda quirky stuff. Superb night.

| saw todd a few times at the apollo - remember one around time of RA album where he
climbed up a pyramid thing and threw guitar down - cue almighty explosion - near
pooped myself.
he was a real virtuoso - guitar god type and I for one loved it
- saw him in Manchester around 94 playing an interactive gig which was typical of his
whacky ways.
Utopia was a vehicle for releasing his freaky side but still had
killer songs and great musicians
apollo gigs were awesome - remember buying
photos from the gigs at Listen records and he had egyptian suit on and the guitar
what spelled his name
todd was deffo god

| My first ever concert in 1977. Remember drum solo where Willie Wilcox smacked one of
his drum mikes and a roadie had to quickly replace it as it squealed during his solo.
